A new version of the convention registration program will be released in December, 2023.  Below are included in this release.  The list will be updated as the release is finalized in the coming weeks.

v.24.1 Features

• Field events added to Electronic Scoring:  Running Long Jump, Shot Put, Discuss
• Configuration settings added:
  • Require Cell Phone for Sponsors - when checked, schools will be required to enter cell phone number for staff marked as sponsors.
  • Require Emails for Judges - when checked, schools will be required to enter email for staff marked as judges
  • Require Judge Cell Phone - when checked, schools will be required to enter cell phone number for staff marked as judges
  • Shot-Put Available Puts - Required setting for Electronic Judging; The available number of attempts for the Shot-Put event; Default is 3.
  • Discuss Throw Attempts - Required setting for Electronic Judging; The available number of throws for the Discuss event; Default is 3.
  • Long Jump Attempts - Required setting for Electronic Judging; The available number of jump attempts for the Running Long Jump event; Default is 3.
• Added an option to exempt athletic events from maximum number of events
• When copying a convention to create a new convention, the judge group headings will copy over as well.
• The user profiles have been significantly upgraded on the back-end to facilitate more efficient support for logins, permissions, password resets, and new organization setups.
• Column headers "locked" to display while scrolling for Events settings at the organization and convention levels (Org Admin --> Events and Convention Admin --> Events)
• Ability for the Org Admin and Convention Admin to add convention administration permissions to another convention staff/volunteer member on the Staff/Volunteers page.
• Ability to upload Affidavits along with event entries for events marked as Entry Uploads
